I would like to purchase the item but it’s out of stock on the site, what should I do and how often do you restock?

You may request for a pre-order of the item by Whatsapp Chat or calling us (+34 689 08 31 27). We will try our best to respond to your request as soon as possible. 

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from RedBag within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care by Whatsapp Chat or calling us (+34 689 08 31 27) to update your order.

How long after I place my order will it ship?

Our warehouses are in Hong Kong and Barcelona (Spain), and the shipping courier (DHL or UPS) will process the order, which takes approximately 3-4 days. International delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days after the payment is received

If the payment is made by credit card it may take longer, about 24-48 hours, depending of your bank entity.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

If you could kindly contact us by Whatsapp Chat or calling us (+34 689 08 31 27) with order number and a brief description of the damage. We will review the information and approve the return of your item. We strongly suggest including a tracking number, and insurance with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit. 

What is the profitability of the miner?

It depends a lot on the parameter, it would be quite difficult to give a profitability at a time T, so much the prices of crypto-currencies vary quickly.

Do I need to be specifically equipped with electricity to mine?

For up to two or three miners, a standard electrical installation is more than enough.

At what temperature should be my mining room at?

This depends on the number of miners, but a fairly large space with air circulation is sufficient to store two or three miners. Ideally, the temperature should not exceed 30 degrees when the miners are turning. 

Do you refund shipping fees? 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Does RedBag issue refunds?

We do not issue refunds. All sales are final and non-refundable.

What payments methods do you accept?

The products on our website are priced in U.S. dollars and EUR euro. Payments are accepted via wire transfer and through reliable payment gateways (Coinbase commerce). The BitCoin amount that corresponds to the total balance of your placed order will be provided upon checkout using the exchange rate of BitCoin to U.S. dollars or EUR euro in real time (as displayed on Coinbase commerce platform). Due to the volatility of BitCoin price, orders are valid only for a certain period. Failure to make payment within a specified time may result in an automatic cancellation of the order.

About payments verifications

The payments verification can last a little longer.

Via BitCoin 24h max. Via Bank Transfer 24h max. Via Credit Card it can go to 48/72 h max.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We strive to process orders in a timely matter to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click to process the payment, but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed.

What is the lifespan of your products?

Our products are designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 2/3 years.

Special care and protection against dust and temperature will allow you to have an operating life of up to 4 years.

For asics it depends on the manufacturers.

Do I have to be a computer scientist to use your miners?

Absolutely not, and even less so for ASICs despite one might think. All they have to do is connect them to the network via ethernet cable and enter their digital wallet address. For our miners by graphic card it is the same thing, just plug the miner back in and fill in his address on the software.

Do I need to be specifically equipped with internet to mine?

Not at all, miners consume very little bandwidth. The information exchanged is only a small amount of data. A simple modem is enough for a few miners.

Does RedBag do exchanges?

I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thorougly check your delivery items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer care department by Whatsapp Chat or calling us (+34 689 08 31 27) within three days of receipt and let us know. 

I have ordered an Antminer S9J and an Antminer S9I has arrived!

Don’t worry! It’s just a labeling error by our suppliers.
They call “Antminer S9I 14.5TH” what we know as “Antminer S9J 14.5TH”, while at Antminer S9I they call it “Antminer S9I 14TH”.
